anyone tried this.. i had some accupunture just after being diagnosed, in the hospital,(only things NHS paid for..lol) i found it helped quiet well, and when the doc asks how am i feeling i said better..(better than i have done but not 100%) she says i think you'll be okay now keep up with the excersise..... cheek... i could do with some more now.. i did really find this helpful, especially after we had a car crash last year my shoulders and neck were so badd... it made my neck better but i still get greif from it... cant go to accupunture clinics they cost too much....

yes if it does try it out.... i really liked wish i could carry it on but NHS wont pay forever for it,. and i dont have health insurance, so id have to pay but it is really worth trying out... though i think you have to keep doing it to get proper statisfacion
they put the needle in your hand between your thumb and finger and toes and anywhere else where you have the pain threashold thing... you start getting a burning or tingle sensation, thats telling you its working... leaving them in for abour 20 mins to 30 mins and all done... its quite relaxing aswell cos you can sit close ya eyes and take 5....
