hey good luck with that.
I guess things are different there than they are here. I was on sickleave for 52 weeks full pay and then I had to go see a doctor and he decided that I was not well enough to work do I went on disability for at least the coming year and will get 70%. Luckily here those things are pretty easy......although I figured since cfs isn't recognized by all doctors I might have a problem but he was very cooperative.

yea i spose it is easy here, but you have to file for it ya self and as fms isnt as well known as cfs/me./// well the docs dont believe in it....
i wasnt working to start with baby at home, so i might find it hard or have to appeal... but need the fingers crossing lol

You know how these things work....the files lay on the desk for weeks before anyone takes a look at it. Then it takes months to read a short report and then some day you might here back from them to say your case is still being reviewed. They don't care what we go through waiting for an answer. I do hope you get one soon though....and hoping it is the answer you want. Let us know when you do

I got doc visit yesterday. NIGHTMARE!! have had condition for over 10 yrs & get doc visit every time I re.apply. Have successfully won 3 appeals over this time. ALWAYS ASK FOR A REVIEW & if this does not work APPEAL. GATHER AS MUCH INFO AS YOU CAN EG. LETTERS FORM DOC, CONSULTANT, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST ETC, AS THE ONUS IS ON YOU TO SUPPLY INFO . They depend on the fact that people like us cannot cope with paperwork or stress. GOOD LUCK!!!!!
