I have a question
The last few months I have been getting a stabbing pain in my side...both left and right....at different times.
I used to get these pains when I was ovulating but since I delivered my son these pains happen a few times a month and not around the time I should be ovulating.
Does anyone else have this?

that is really odd, i get pains down low tummy area stabbing or pulling or aching left or right sometimes both and sometimes if i get up quick or from walking..

I thought it was the coil, i was using which i had taken out.. but it wasnt i was scanned to see if i had fibroids and havent.. also my liver and kidneys were scanned and theya re okay..

i also had a scare abnormal smear, and had treatment for that i thought it was cancer,.. still i get the pain.. sometimes during sex.!!

how regular is your peroid cycle...

mine was usually regular about 28 days, since i had 2nd baby and the coil it was about 40 days now coil is out stil about 35-40 days and for about 1-4 days bleed at first was really light flow hardly nothing, now its so heavy im in agony and cannot walk it effects my legs.. but that stabbing pain i usually get it a bit before am due my monthly!!

I said I had the pain in my sides but really it is more in the pelvis area....very low and of to the side.
Since I delivered my son my periods have been irregular......about 30 to 38 days ( before it was every 30 days ) I have heavy bleeding but not all too much pain.
I haven't had a pap smear for about 2 years so I guess I had better get my butt in there for one soon. Here in Holland they don't do them every year like back in Canada.

yes thats where i get the pain at the side but low in pelvic area...

they do smears here every 3 yrs and 6monthly if you have a abnormal one.. which i am.. maybe why i been having pains but havent heard nothing from the test other than it wasnt cancer,....
