The last month or so I have fallen while walking about 4 or 5 times. The first couple of times I figured I just twisted my ankle but now I am starting to worry it is a bit more serious. Of course I am going to discuss this with my doctor but I was just wondering if this os something common for cfs sufferers. Any info on this will be very helpful.

sometimes i spose with the fogg, or the pain you can become un balanced, ive slipped up the steps once, as i couldnt lift my foot high enough and slipped on edge of the step...i usually hold on to things a lot and i feel un balanced when my legs are feeling pain,, and i feel like i may fall.. it could be a un balance thing for you.. or that you did just trip up.. try and take it a bit slower and look at where your stepping hope you ahvent hurt ya self...
take is easy..
hugs x

I don't really have the pian in my legs. I have it in my neck, shoulders and back and on really bad days it spreads to my arms. I have twisted my ankle and couple of times which hurts and scrapped my knees but other than that not too much damage
