we dont like excersise and most excersise doenst help with our heachaches and body aches but these relaxation excersises do help to make you feel re-freshed, try it
get a blanket/duvet lay it on the floor or lay on the bed to make you nice and comfortable.
make the room silent, maybe a little relaxation music in background,
lay down, close your eyes, hands at your side hands touching the base.... let all the weight do first in your hands imagine them falling through the floor/bed then do the same with your feet let the weight go then with your boody and head let the weight go feel as if your sinking through the floor like your floating... breathing slowly try making your mind think of nothing take the thoughts out, think of nothing let the weight of your body thoughts lift away from you..... and hopefully after half hour of doing this open you eyes slowly sit up and feel re-freshed....

another one is to sit in a chair doing more or less the same thing.. put your hands on the arms feet in front..
let your hands feel like they sinking into the sofa..let the weight out of your hands... hold that feeling for ten seconds... then lift your arms in the air about shoulder height and put them back do this once the first time two times the second time every time you do this small excersise add one... do the same with your feet, let the weight go hold it there for 10 seconds and raise then knee height and put them down doing the same techniq once then twice and so on, take ten minutes to half a hour doing it..

breathing, many people breathe incorrect... stand in front of a mirror and stand how you would normally stand, see how your shoulders are, slouched? straighten them up stand with no hunch, now look to see how your breathing,
inhale? is your tummy raising or your chest?
exhale? is your tummy sinking in or your chest?
answers:
when breathing.. when you breathe in your chest should raise and your chest should sink when breathing out!!! that is the proper way to breathe if you are not breathing like that start trying to breathe properly.
stand in front of the mirror practise the breathing method for 10-20minutes, this also helps the oxygen though the body properly which also helps to keep pains at barrier...!!!!!
